The principal tasks of the Human Resources department are keeping employment records for full-time staff while guaranteeing the observance of labor laws and regulations, and ensuring that employees follow the applicable legal and institutional requirements.
The department also cooperates with the heads of Museum organizational units, outside institutions, and officials on employment matters, informs candidates about job openings, and assists employees and interested parties in fulfilling the formalities connected with employment.
